يُستخرج هذا العسل النادر من مناحلنا في جبال دبا الشاهقة، حيث تتغذى النحل بحرية على زهور اليبياب التي تنتجها أشجار السدر الجبلية المعمّرة، في بيئة طبيعية نقية وبعيدة عن أي ملوثات.

يُعد عسل السدر الجبلي من أندر وأجود أنواع العسل في العالم، لما يتميز به من نقاء عالٍ، وقيمة غذائية مرتفعة، ونكهة متوازنة غنية.
يُحصد خلال شهري أكتوبر ونوفمبر، ويظهر بلونه الأصفر الفاتح عند استخلاصه، ثم يتحول تدريجياً إلى لون أصفر مائل إلى البني مع مرور الوقت، وهي علامة طبيعية على نضجه وجودته.

يمتاز هذا العسل برائحته العطرية الفريدة وطعمه العميق، كما أن من خصائص عسل السدر النقي أحادي الزهرة أنه لا يتبلور بسهولة، مما يجعله صالحاً للاستخدام لفترات طويلة عند حفظه في درجة حرارة تتراوح بين 18–25 درجة مئوية.

This rare and premium Sidr honey is harvested from our beehives nestled high in the mountains of Dibba, where bees forage freely on Yabyab flowers produced by ancient mountain Sidr trees growing in an untouched, pristine environment.

Renowned as one of the finest honey varieties in the world, Mountain Sidr Honey is valued for its exceptional purity, rich nutritional profile, and distinctive, well-balanced flavor.
It is carefully harvested during October and November, appearing light yellow at extraction and gradually deepening to a warm golden-brown hue over time—a natural sign of maturity and quality.

This honey is distinguished by its pleasant, aromatic scent and smooth texture. As a pure single-flower (monofloral) Sidr honey, it resists crystallization, allowing it to remain fresh and enjoyable for years when stored correctly at 18–23°C.
