When to Plant in the UAE

In the UAE, Rainbow Carrots are best planted during the cool season, from early October to early February. While carrots prefer soil temperatures between 15°C to 25°C, they can still be planted in early October when temperatures range from 25°C to 30°C, especially if sown in the late afternoon and kept well-mulched and moist to help the soil stay cooler during germination and early growth.

Tips for Planting

• Choose a site with full sun and loose, deep soil
