Description

Orange Accordion Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is a striking heirloom tomato known for its large, deeply ribbed fruits and vibrant orange color. Its unusual accordion-like shape gives the tomatoes a distinctive appearance, while the meaty flesh offers a sweet, rich and fruity flavor.

The fruits are large and heavily pleated, with beautiful orange skin and dense, meaty flesh. They are excellent for slicing, salads, sandwiches and fresh dishes, while their unusual shape makes them a standout variety for home gardens.

The plants are indeterminate and productive, continuing to grow and produce fruit over an extended season. Strong staking or trellising is recommended to support the vigorous vines and large fruits.
