Indeterminate – These massive bi-colored tomatoes produce jaw dropping 2 lbs tomatoes larger than salad plates in diameter. Flavor is more tomatoey than other varieties of the same color, and this means a tiny bit more acid content which results in a slightly longer shelf life. Still very sweet and very low acid compared to traditional red varieties. Great for slicing and making yellow ketchup!
